2019 IEEE Region 6 Awards Announcement by Loretta Arellano, IEEE Region 6 Awards Chair
The IEEE Region 6 Awards Committee is pleased to announce 12 awardees of the 2019 IEEE Region 6 Awards. The honorees will be recognized at a variety of upcoming Region events. Please congratulate all of them for their important contributions to the mission of IEEE in the Region.
The committee would like to acknowledge the important contributions of the many nominators and endorsers for their contributions with 27 nominations. We wish to particularly note the Phoenix Section, the Santa Clara Valley Section, the Metropolitan Los Angeles Section, Coastal LA, San Diego, Albuquerque, Foothill, Oakland East Bay, and San Fernando Valley Section for their leadership on awards and work to provide recognition to the many fine nominees and honorees.
