The 11th IEEE Conference on Technologies for Sustainability (SusTech 2024) will take place in person at the University Place Hotel & Conference Center from April 14-17, 2024.

SusTech is designed to explore technical development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the future generations. The conference brings together scientists, engineers, technologists and scholars from disparate disciplines to conduct a dialogue on environmental issues and collaborate on ideas to develop and utilize innovative tools and intelligent systems to address them. Attendees will explore emerging relevant technologies, latest tools, and proactive solutions to take their sustainability programs to the next level.

Program Highlights:
- Interactive Workshop on “Roadmap to Low Carbon Emission Building Materials and Architecture”, April 14, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, a free Hybrid workshop organized by the IEEE Future Directions SusTech Initiative in collaboration with SusTech 2024. (limit: 30 on-site attendees; registration ends 30-March)
- Student Poster Contest (virtual)
Undergraduate and graduate students submitted abstracts and will present their posters for judging and prizes, April 14, 3:00-6:00 pm.
- Networking Social
Join attendees in a networking social on Sunday April 14th, from 6:00 – 7:00 pm.
- IEEE Young Professionals for Climate Change Action Reception and Panel Discussion, Monday April 15, 6:30-8:00 pm, with cash bar and finger food; organized by Oregon Section and Region-6 IEEE YP and IEEE WIE.
- Conference Dinner, Tuesday April 16, 6:30-8:00 pm, ($15 reservation at registration)
- Technical Paper Sessions
Over 65 paper presentations (see list) in 18 sessions in the IEEE SusTech 2024 Thematic areas (see Call for Papers).
- Sustainability Forum, Wednesday April 17, featuring distinguished speakers and panels (with CEU/PDH)
