R4/R6 2022 OpCom Zoom Meetings
February 25-27, 2022
The 2022 Opcom will be a joint meeting of the Region 4 & 6 operating committees. This is an opportunity to transact business and learn from fellow volunteers. There are region-specific and joint meetings. We have the opportunities to hear from IEEE leaders including IEEE President, Executive Director, MGA Vice President. and IEEE-USA President. Training on volunteer tools (vTools, OU Analytics) and different IEEE activities, including:
- Educational Activities
- Awards
- Humanitarian Activities
- Affinity Groups
Senior Member Nomination Event
If you are a Section or Chapter volunteer or are interested in the higher-level Regional activities of the IEEE in the Western and Mid-west US, you are invited to attend.

This meeting will be held virtually using Zoom. Networking sessions will be hosted on Spatial Chat.
Senior Member elevation event at the end of the Opcom meeting
If you are attending the Opcom and interested in getting elevated to Senior Member we are holding a Senior Member elevation event after on Sunday at 12:15 PM PT (2:15 PM CT/3:15 PM ET).
