Agenda and additional info for Fall R6 NW/NE Area meeting

Section chairs: please prepare a single-slide summary to present during the section updates/idea exchange session. The summary should include section activities, plans, and challenges. If you don’t have anyone coming to the meeting (why not?) please send me a slide in advance.

I’ve attached a couple reports from Kathleen Kramer that have student branch contact info and membership numbers. If you see that the contact info is out of date, please ask the branch to report their current information. Quick summary of the region reimbursement policy for this meeting: the region will reimburse travel costs for one officer per section. The region will also reimburse for two student members or one student and branch adviser per student branch, unless more are approved by Tom in advance. Reimbursement will include one hotel night; additional nights need to be approved by Tom in advance. This is all explained in more detail in the attached “Save the Date” email.
