Dear IEEE Region 6 Members,
I am pleased to inform you that the IEEE Global Humanitarian Technology Conference (GHTC) 2011 is open for Early Registration.
This international conference sponsored by Region 6 and the Seattle Section is focusing on the research and development of advanced technologies for application to societal challenges. The Paper submittal and review process has been successfully completed with over 150 papers submitted and reviewed. Acceptance notices have gone out to the approved authors and plans are being made for presentations in Seattle.
If you are interested in humanitarian applications of technology, we strongly encourage your presence at the Conference.
The Conference will be held October 30 – November 1, 2011 at the Renaissance Hotel in Seattle, Washington USA.
