You will have two opportunities to attend the Training Session on “Generating Income and Improving Communications Within Your Local Section — for Medium to Large Sections” on Saturday, January 24th — once at 11 AM, and again at 1:15 PM.  You should understand that this is intended for Sections with 6 or more Chapters, and where your Section AdCom is open to strengthening your current chapters, creating new chapters, developing a revenue stream, and increasing your outreach beyond only IEEE Members to include your broader technical community.  It is intended for future-focused Sections with entrepreneurial tendencies.  A preprint can be downloaded at htp://learn.e-grid.net/docs/1410-dallas.pdf.

There are useful parallel Training Sessions on “Chapter Meeting Recording” and “Membership Development” on Saturday, so you’ll certainly find a topic that interests you!
